ARTIST BIO
La based artist Mercury began his carrer as member of the well known graffiti crew CBS(Can't Be Stopped). More recently however his work has appeared all over the city in the form of installations that utilize tightly stretched lycra creating multiple forms, lcds and projected patterns to create sensuous fabric environments. His projects have been curating and creating fabric environments for the Silverlake Film Festival and at Materials and Applications on Silverlake were he wrapped the entire front of the space for Skinn and Eclipse, an exhibition researching applications for computer/mind generated architectural designs. All his work is futuristic and inspired by H.R.Geiger and Blade Runner.
